Mya
MEET THE FOUNDER
Aligned Pathway Behavioral Health Consulting was founded by Mya Johnson, a behavioral health professional with more than 18 years of experience across behavioral health and human service systems.
Throughout her career, Mya has worked across residential behavioral health, substance use treatment, child and family programs, developmental disabilities (DDD), community-based services, and organizational leadership.
Her experience in program development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, operations, documentation systems, and staff development gives her firsthand insight into the challenges behavioral health organizations face.
Mya brings a practical, hands-on approach to consulting—working alongside organizations to strengthen internal systems, improve consistency, and develop solutions that can be sustained over time.

Kendra
MEET THE TEAM
Kendra supports the day-to-day operations of Aligned Pathway Behavioral Health Consulting, helping coordinate administrative processes, client communications, outreach, website management, and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep the business organized and moving forward.
She also supports business development and marketing efforts, helping Aligned Pathway build and maintain relationships with behavioral health organizations throughout Arizona.
Her role helps ensure that both internal operations and external communications remain organized, consistent, and aligned with Aligned Pathway’s mission.
